We recruit a Research Engineer, with good theoretical knowledge in probabilities, statistics, optimisation.
This engineer will also have to contribute to the development of our activities, which requires sufficient communication skills.
Established in 1995, our Company creates mathematical models, algorithms, and solves optimi-sation problems (please see the English pages of our web site, We do not work in numerical analysis or scientific computation. Our task is usually to discuss the framework of the problem, and to conceive the methods for the solution. Probabilities quite often occur in our approach, as a mean to take uncertainties into account.

Main fields for application: transportation networks, energy, health, environment. Mathemati-cal modelling, definition of indicators for safe operation, uncertainty analysis. Prospective and planification; analysis of information systems, detection of incorrect data, reconstruction of missing data.
The successful candidate should have :

– Master level (we accept beginners) in mathematics, or other scientific disciplines (physics, chemistry, computer science, and so on);
